Hudson Grain Company is a farmer-owned co-op located in Hudson, Illinois. We have been serving our patrons for over 80 years incorporating modern thinking in our ability to handle the delivery and marketing needs of today's farmers, while keeping "old fashioned" principles when it comes to service. We are overseen by a Board of Directors consisting of seven farmers, and are ran by a staff of five, with several years of experience.
We are a single location grain elevator conveniently located off I-39, just north of Bloomington, Illinois. Easy access into, around, and out of the facility is facilitated by having two scales (inbound/outbound), updated receiving pits with wide doors, and unobstructed driveways, making it easy for semis and large vehicles to maneuver. Our three receiving pits have a combined capacity of 37,000 bushels per hour along with a combined drying capacity of 11,000 bushels per hour allowing quick turn-around times for patrons during the harvest season.
As a service for patrons with livestock, we have a feed mill that grinds and mixes feed for all animals, both show and commercial, using quality Hubbard Feed concentrates and complete feeds. Our feed service include "custom" grinding/mixing of feeds that can be bagged or loaded on site in bulk.
